पत्नी के खिलाफ Complaint करनी है? Supreme Court ने एक angry husband को क्या बताया

There comes a point in some matrimonial disputes when a husband says, “अब मैं भी complaint करूँगा.”

And usually that sentence doesn't come on Day 1.

By then there may have been months or years of arguments, complaints, family pressure, money issues, court proceedings and enough WhatsApp messages to fill a small cupboard. The husband is angry, frustrated and convinced that nobody has properly heard his side.

That is when searches like Men Cell Delhi, Mencell Delhi or Purush Aayog Delhi start appearing on Google.

But a very interesting Supreme Court judgment shows why even a genuine grievance has to be converted into a legally sustainable complaint, rather than simply becoming another round of matrimonial revenge.

In Ann Saurabh Dutt v. Saurabh Iqbal Bahadur Dutt, decided on 12 May 2026, the matrimonial dispute had already become extremely complicated. There had been multiple proceedings and complaints between the parties.

The husband also sought prosecution of his ex-wife for perjury, alleging that she had made false statements in the matrimonial proceedings.

The Supreme Court did not accept that request.

The Court examined the material and found that the allegations did not disclose the necessary ingredients for prosecution for perjury or giving false evidence. The Court also observed that the husband's allegations appeared to be fuelled by anger, frustration and personal vendetta arising from the long-running matrimonial disputes.

This part of the judgment is important for anyone looking for Men Cell assistance.

Because there is a big difference between saying, “I have suffered and I have evidence,” and saying, “She has troubled me, so I will somehow get her prosecuted.”

The first needs to be examined seriously.

The second can sometimes land the husband in another unnecessary fight.

Someone searching for Mencell Delhi or Purush Aayog Delhi may genuinely have a story to tell. Perhaps there are financial transactions, property documents, messages, threats, false representations or some other conduct that needs examination. But the complaint should be built around what actually happened and what can be supported.

गुस्सा अपनी जगह है, evidence अपनी जगह.

And this distinction becomes even more important for an NRI husband, businessman, executive or professional who may already be dealing with several proceedings in different places. One hurried complaint can add another layer to a situation that is already difficult enough.

So if you are looking for Men Cell Delhi because you want to file a complaint against your wife, don't begin by asking, “What can I write against her?”

Start with a more uncomfortable question:

“What exactly happened, and what can I prove?”

That one question can change the entire quality of the complaint.

At Mencell Delhi, Men Cell Delhi or through Purush Aayog Delhi, the useful starting point should be understanding the facts, documents, chronology and possible legal route. A complaint is serious. It should not be written simply because the other side has already filed one.

And please don't wait until every document is scattered, messages have disappeared and everybody remembers the same incident differently.

If you genuinely believe your wife's conduct has caused you a serious legal grievance, get the facts organised early. If there is no sustainable basis for a particular complaint, it is better to discover that before turning one matrimonial dispute into three more.
